Booth Operator
About The Role

As a Booth Operator, you will be responsible for managing our pop-up booths, markets, festivals, and event activations independently. From transporting equipment and setting up the booth to serving customers and closing operations, you will play a key role in delivering the Nannanmatcha experience.
Responsibilities
  • Transport booth equipment, inventory, and operational supplies to and from event locations
  • Ensure all required items are packed, loaded, and prepared before each event
  • Set up and dismantle booth equipment, displays, and signage
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide product recommendations
  • Process customer payments accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the booth
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements
  • Manage daily booth operations independently
  • Represent NannanMatcha professionally at all times
Requirements
  • Responsible, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must possess a valid driving license
  • Access to a personal vehicle is preferred
  • Comfortable transporting booth equipment and supplies
  • Physically able to lift and carry event-related items when required
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays, and event days
  • Previous experience in F&B, retail, events, or sales is an advantage but not required

Brand Ambassador
About The Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you will help introduce NannanMatcha to new audiences through content creation, social media engagement, and community building.
Responsibilities
  • Create authentic content featuring NannanMatcha products
  • Share experiences and product reviews on social media
  • Participate in selected campaigns and events
  • Help increase brand awareness within your community
  • Engage with customers both online and offline
Requirements
  • Active on Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms
  • Comfortable appearing on camera
  • Passionate about lifestyle, food, or beverage content
  • Creative and enthusiastic personality
  • Strong communication skills

Promoter
About The Role

As a Promoter, you will help introduce our products to new customers and support sales activities during events, roadshows, and activations.
Responsibilities
  • Introduce products and explain brand offerings
  • Conduct sampling and promotional activities
  • Assist customers with purchases and enquiries
  • Support sales and event operations
  • Represent the brand professionally
Requirements

  • Confident communicating with customers
  • Good interpersonal skills

Marketing & Content Intern
